The added partying and extra drinking will catch up on your body quickly if you don’t keep an eye on it. Something that helped me was befriending people who share the same interests in health and fitness. Having athletic friends around will be a good influence on your own habits and lifestyle. Not only do they provide motivation to go to the gym but if you work out with a partner, competition will develop and provide extra benefits in your workout.
